Here you will see some of the frequent asked questions in regards to setting up a session and what is the process of scheduling with me and what you may get at the end of your session.

What are your hours?: MONDAY - SATURDAY : 10AM-7:00PM

SUNDAYS AND MOST HOLIDAYS CLOSED
Where are you located?: Salt Lake City, Utah
Do you accept reservations?: Yes, that is the only way I work. You schedule a time with me to chat about your session, then we discuss availability, date and time. Finally a deposit is required before your session to lock in your date and time.

What payment options do you accept?: I accept all major credit cards with a 5% transaction fee, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, and good ol' cash.
How long is the typical wait to get your pictures back?: It really depends on the season, in the slow season I can almost guarantee three days, during the peak season, we are looking at approximate two weeks. I usually explain this after your how long to expect your images. Digital downloads are the fastest way to get your images. If you order any additional products, for example engraved USB's or Custom Cases as well as Tumblers, your images may be delivered to you before the product will arrive as that is manufactured outside of Utah. Just a quick FYI.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: Yes, the deposit you provided when locking your date is non refundable. Because if I have a client requesting the same day as you and I turn them away because the date is locked and you all of the sudden change your mind and cancel, I lose out.

Although not all is lost, you can reschedule your session one time, in case the current date no longer works for you.
