REFUND, RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmed sessions may require a signed agreement and retainer. Retainers reserve studio time, planning time, and production capacity and may be non-refundable unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Weather, illness, access issues, or business needs may require rescheduling. Reschedule windows, fees, and deadlines should be confirmed in the signed project agreement.

Because photography services involve custom creative work and digital files, delivered images, licenses, planning work, and completed services may not be refundable.
